We are once again running a Small Steps stall at the Richmond May Fair, Richmond Green on Saturday 13th May, 10am-4pm. Building on the success of previous years, we have decided to host another homemade cake stall. The primary focus of the day is to raise awareness in the local community about Small Steps, to sell lots of cakes and raise some money for the charity. Last year we raised over £660 for Small Steps and we’re aiming for even more this year! It’s always a fun family-friendly day and a great opportunity for Small Steps families and friends to pop by and say hello too.
We are hoping that Small Steps families, supporters, staff, and Trustees will be able to help with baking cakes, cupcakes, biscuits, brownies and anything else delicious and sweet! We are looking for cakes of all sizes and guises, to sell to eat there on the day or take away to eat at home, so please let us know if you’re able to bake for us. We would need you to label your cakes (so we know what they are) and either bring them to Small Steps on Thursday 11th or Friday 12th May, or drop them to the Fair itself on the day. We are also looking for people to volunteer to man the stall, so if you can spare even 30 minutes between 10am-4pm on the day, please let us know?
