IPSEA – “Independent Parental Special Education Advice” 
IPSEA is a national charity providing free legally based advice to families who have children with special educational needs. All our advice is given by trained volunteers.

The Parent Partnership Service
Every Local Authority has a parent partnership service.  They can help guide you through finding a school, through the statementing process and let you know about your rights and responsibilities.
