Paul’s Ultramarathon in Spain

For the last five years Paul Mott (who’s son Sam used to attend Small Steps) and his fellow Sandblasters team mates, have been taking part in a series of desert ultramarathons to raise money Small Steps.  So far with the continued generosity of their supporters, they have raised an incredible £403,000, making a huge difference to the service that the Small Steps team are able to offer. On July 9th Paul will commence the Al Andalus Ultra Trail in Andalucía, Spain – 230km and 7,200 meters of ascent/descent over 5 days, in extreme heat – no walk in the park! As always any donations to the Sandblasters JustGiving page are gratefully received and make all the difference.
