Falconwood Golf Club Captain’s Charity

We are delighted to have been one of the chosen charities to benefit from the Falconwood Golf Club Charity Day on 18th May which raised a huge £4000 for Small Steps! This is the second year running that Small Steps has been lucky enough to be chosen as the Captain’s Charity.  The Charity Golf day involved approximately 90 players, made up of Falconwood Golf Club members and guests. Golfers braved the wind and rain to play a round and were rewarded by dinner, with a fundraising raffle and auction at the end. We are very enormously grateful to all at Falconwood Golf Club, especially chief organisers Kathryn and David Whitbread, our representative Peter Johnston (Graduate Small Stepper Isla’s Daddy) and this year’s Captain, Frank Piper.
