We’re recruiting!

We are seeking to appoint a Practitioner Team Member (paediatric physiotherapist) to join a small, well established, multi-disciplinary Team that includes paediatric physiotherapists and conductor teachers.

To work 22.5 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday inclusive) Term Time only plus 3 weeks with pre-school disabled children and their parents, using the principles of Conductive Education.

This is a permanent position – subject to DBS checks and successful completion of a 3 month and 6 month probation period.
The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner including some paediatric / SEND experience and will be an energetic, enthusiastic, holistic individual with good communication and interpersonal skills. Small Steps will provide in-house training opportunities and encourages Continuing Professional Development.

Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 pa dependent on experience (Pro-rata for 42 weeks per year and part-time hours – actual salary £13,730 to £16,477)
