Trustee of Small Steps receives an MBE!

CaptureWe are so proud and delighted to announce that our wonderful Trustee, Joanna Brotherstone, was awarded an MBE in the 2018 New Year’s Honours List.  Joanna was involved in setting up Small Steps School for Parents in 1998, with the then Head of Greenmead School, Angela Laxton.   She was both Chair of Governors at Greenmead School and the first Chair of Trustees at Small Steps and continues to be a governor at Greenmead School today. Joanna has played a vital role in the development and growth of Small Steps since it’s inception 20 years ago and we are hugely grateful for her longstanding commitment to the charity. Joanna’s MBE was awarded for her role as Governor at Greenmead School, as Co-founder of Small Steps and for services to Children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.  Huge congratulations Joanna!
